ABOUT THE SITE
Built the site in April of 2011. Originally built the site to promote scar removal/acne scar removal affiliate programs (such as revitol scar removal which has a good payout). A few months later I started using Adsense as it’s primary revenue generator.
The site is ranked at #1 in Google (feel free to look yourself) for it’s main term I targeted “how to get rid of scars on face” which gets 4,000 Broad searches/month – 1,000 Exact searches/month. Visitors are 100% SEO and come in from various long tail keyword searches on “removing scars” and “facial scar removal” type searches. It fluctuates from 1-3 sometimes but never lower than that.
Haven’t touched the site in about 2 months and does great traffic a day. There are many scar-removal type affiliate programs that offer great payouts from $20-$30 per sale that can be incorporated into the site. I did it in the beginning but didn’t test much plus the traffic wasn’t any where near what it does today.
The content is all original.

The site gets around 150-200 unique hits a day or around 6,000 hits a month!
WHY AM I SELLING
Using the funds toward a new website I’m working on. Don’t really have interest in it. But mainly to fund a new site.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
The site uses WordPress 3.3 and currently runs a theme called BLUE THEME from 100k Adsense Blueprint.

MARKETING
100% original content, added some new articles this past January. Backlinks done from social bookmarking, article marketing, rss feeds and site directories. After finding out the main keyword term “how to get rid or scars on face” had good search volume and low competition I decided to go after it and hit within the top 3 positions I did.

Traffic Details
I’ve included 2 different stats screen shots. The site gets a decent amount of hits. 150-200 hits a day, 6,000 a month. View my Google Analytics for more info. The reason there is no stats for Nov.11 and Jan 12 in my Google states was because I had changed the WordPress theme around these times and they weren’t compatible with the Google Analytics plugin I was using which caused it to be disable and stop tracking.
There was no change in traffic this drastic. Again the Google Analytics plugin just wasn’t tracking.
I’ve also included screenshots from my hostgator AWstats during those times to show you that I still had traffic during those times.
I didn’t bother fixing until next month each time. But as you see just yesterday I added a different plugin to work and it’s counting traffic again which shows 155 hits on Feb.6 2012. Also if you notice around Nov/Dec the traffic tripled because this was when my site hit in positions 1-3 for it’s main term and since then it’s stayed around this position.
